Definitely don’t feel valued by this credit union. Have been a member for 20+ years and started being charged for my checking account even though I have a savings account and direct deposit. Made the proper changes and they refused to return the money they have taken from me. Feel taken advantage of for sure!

I’ve been banking with us eagle since 2011 and I’ve never had issues since recently. And these issues are major! I already switched over to a new credit union & I definitely will not recommend this place to anyone I know..
I will never bank anywhere else! This is the best bank in Albq. And yes, I have had an account at every single bank here in Albq at one time or another. This IS the best one. No stupid extra charges or fees like the others. Thank you US Eagle!!!

This is the worst bank they are quick to take money but no deposit it in the card right away Jon the loan officer is very rude he is not a very good loan officer he declined people with income to not allow them to get a loan he and this bank suck I hope he gets fired because I am reporting him too his manager
