Switch banks if you actually want access to your money. No help inconvenient always. Terrible bank. All the scams and fraud and people being taken advantage of very true.

Horrible. Caused so many problems for me at their drive thru. Taking money out of my checking instead of Savings like I clearly marked on my withdrawal slip. Since the Edgewood office closed down, my options can only lead me to bank with another competitor bank. Honestly. Been holding on by a thin thread since 1998.

Michelle and Hailey are my two favorite tellers! always so pleasant and are fast at cashing my checks etc

Everytime we come in to ask questions or any transactions, these people are very helpful.

They refused to print out a rebate check sent via email. So I guess don't bother taking rebate checks here.

The agent Michelle is the most rude and disrespectful person I have ever met. Refused to assist and then laughed at my 93 year old grandpa who has banked here for a VERY long time. After today, he will be taking his money elsewhere. What a disgusting experience.
