Really bad place to bank. Over 6 dollars on an old account they hit my credit with a bad report. Very rude when I tried to contact them. I righted it immediately when I found out and they said on the report collection resolved when that was not the case. The manager and teller did bad report on purpose.

Can’t talk to a human in any way - terrible Customer Service process!

In the past services were excellent. In this past year they have declined TOO much! I ordered checks the first week in November, they weren't received, had to order again, AND AGAIN!  took 8 eight weeks to finally get my checks. Four different staff members just blew my inquiries off. Yall need to shape up!!

Best Credit Union in town. Period. Try and find another credit union that gives you free money.. and not just a few cents here and there.
