This Bank of America location need how to manage employees. Only 1 banker working at the counter and 3 other banker standing around joking, laughing. And i waited in line for 20 mins. I have business account with them. And when i finally change the coins for my business account, the only 1 counter don’t even move to look for the small box or bag so i can put 20 rools of coins in. I need to carry those with my bare hands. Unprofessional, lazy.
1 teller on saturday.....smh. And I also bank with BOA so I can cash in my coins and get my money back....its the bank employees job to roll coins and count money....am I wrong? Almost as bad a self checkout.
This review is for this location, not BOA as a whole. The people at this location are super friendly and incredibly helpful. I've been in twice, and both times only had a short wait to see a banker. For one, I had a very last minute notary and they were able to help me out on the fly so I could get back to the DMV before they closed. Craig is very kind and deserved to be recognized for awesome work!
Always understaffed. Long waits for everything except the ATM and unfortunately it's not just this BOA branch. Over all quality of service has gotten terrible with BOA all reasons why I've now closed my accounts and moved to a different Bank
Worst bank in town. Dont open until 10am so they have a long line every week. Ill bever get an account here.
Just went to this location, I needed a couple cashiers checks. The teller line was fairly long but I got in it. I guess I was next in that line to be checked by a banker to see what I needed and Nate C. said he could help me, took me out of the line, over to his desk and got my needs handled quickly and efficiently. Thank you Nate C.!
Have been with this bank over 20 years. Rarely go to the bank itself. Needed a notary, so went to bank. Was told I had to make an appointment. I explained I just needed a notary for one form. Nope, smug rude manager told me I had to make an appointment. There is a credit union across the street from bank. I took my form in, was greeted politely and told even tho I don’t have an account, they would be very happy to help me. They didn’t even charge. I’m done with Bank of America. Will be closing my accounts there.
I wanted to re post my review for Bank of America Juan Tabo. Initially I was not a happy new customer due to human error, however after continuing to visit the location I have discovered this bank is not so bad. My personal banker is very attentive and always does what she can to make it a great experience. She makes a sincere effort to be sure all my banking needs are met and I am very happy with the bank now because of her great customer care. One person can really make a difference!! Thank you Vanessa!!
No one ever answers the telephone. Spent 15+ minutes trying to get through to anyone to no avail. No one is ever available in person. Was told there was an hour wait when the appointment never showed. Inconvenient new hours. I would leave no stars if I could. Been a customer at that location since 1982, I will be leaving asap. Terrible financial institution. DO BETTER!
My husband and i have more than 4 accounts with B of A for over 35 years but that didn't seem to matter. We went in to have our wills notarized and the bank refused to provide that service unless we brought in our own two witnesses. Unheard of as typically any business that does notary work will provide the two witnesses from employees in the institution. We went to a UPS store front that gladly provided the notary and two other employees as witnesses.
