This branch in particular has amazing customer service. It’s a bit weird to handle everything through the drive through but the tellers make it easy, hassle and stress free. I wish I knew the teller who helped us with my grandmas accounts. She was awesome, even after we asked for sooo many things to be done. Kudos!

Excellent customer service!  Always friendly & efficient.

I love NMBT.  They treat their customers with respect and low fees if any.  There are really people in those offices and they put out the welcome mat like a small town bank would do.  Very cordial.   I highly recommend them.

Always excellent service and very friendly staff. This branch is the best. Clean and professional.

We like NMBT because they are a smaller company who treats customers with respect and they don't gouge you with fees and bug you to death with sales. Plus, if there is ever an issue say with someone stealing from your account, they are quick to work things out.
