Nusenda Credit Union

Nusenda does not protect your money. What is the use of calling yourself a bank if disputes are always closed before all information is obtained and people are told the bank can't help them? I've been with them for years and would never expect for a bank im lending my money to to not even protect it. Act like a bank not an enemy. Smh

I am not a member at Nusenda, however I was able to get documents notorized there. There was a bit of a wait but it was a busy Saturday morning. The lady at reception and the lady who kindly and patiently helped us with our documents were both very polite and cheerful. A great experience! Makes me consider becoming a member. Thank you!

7 people working and one customer being served. Not to mention the employees are chatting within 2 feet of each other while the customers can't even use the counter to write. This place is terrible, slow, ridiculous. I can also hear everyone else's personal information due to their covid measures. No privacy whatsoever.

I have had a great experience every time I have had to conduct business here. From getting a loan to getting a cashiers check the staff has be extremely friendly and helpful. Now I don't go in much because of new technology. But when I do it's always the same great customer service.
