Every time I call us eagle I wait on hold for at least 20 minutes, which is unacceptable when it comes to dealing with your own money. You need to be able to get info on your hard earned money when you the info in a timely fashion.

I don't care what the feds say you can do. First bank in my entire life that holds on to your money for 2 or three days, sometimes 5 days.  Pisses me off when money becomes tight and I can't buy my kids food.

I opened an account and it was quick and easy and the person that handled my account was super friendly !!

Their staff is always so kind and very helpful. Never have I had a bad expierence here.
