Except for the walking through the drive through part of my experience, this had always been a nice place. They are helpful and considerate. They are knowledgeable and willing to help you find the right financial help you need.

The drive thru is very impersonal and unwelcoming. I would like to see the person inside that IAM dealing with. Instead, they have the blinds drawn so you can't see anyone.

Waiting in line in the members service lane for over two hours and I'm still in line. Bad and slow service.

I have loved this credit union since I joined in the 80s. Very friendly staff, very helpful Never will use a bank again

Y’all take forever to do the simplest things

I own a business in Albuquerque and I take customers checks to cash at this bank, however due to coviid19, I can no longer cash my customers check at this bank, my customers are members of this bank. I will no longer accept checks from this bank.
