I would put 0 stars that the fact I tried having a family member deposit a money for me electronically. It was through a mobile app I didnt know about and was treated as fraud and my account was force closed by the branch manager. I didn't even get a chance to explain my story. Talk about not being treated fairly.

Worst customer service. Worst bank in my opinion. Fees vary from bank to bank. One charges me to cash check another doesn't. Don't go to US BANK

I give this no stars. Rude people plus they charge you $5 to cash a check if you don't have an account. May not be bad for one check but when you have 10 checks they take $50 from me. No good. Avoid at all costs

Horrible customer service I would give zero stars Benjamin is rude as hell and so is Nathaniel never been to a branch that has been so awful these two are horrible they will talk down to you and throw you back with ID they also threatened to close my account for no reason I would not recommend this branch to anyone
