called 15 minutes before closing and they kept denying my call. You close at 5 not 4:45. I needed a simple question but getting off before 5 is more important. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE
Had a wire transfer at last minute, got me in same day, no problems, fast easy. 2 thumbs up.
I love this bank and the staff so much, they have always been kind, amazing people. Even before I banked with them, just going in with friends cashing their checks, the staff always had kind words and a smile. They have always gone above and beyond, and every time I walk through the doors, they make me feel like family.
Worst customer service, I always have problems with Agency 4411 Carlisle today 3/17/21 for helping me change a $ 100 bill they want to charge me a fee
I come here all the time, most of these bad reviews are from incredibly entitled people who think the world owes them something: it’s a bank people, not a McDonald’s. If you don’t wanna wait in line for so long get direct deposit.

This has to be the worst Wells Fargo location. They are by far the slowest tellers I have ever seen! Drive thru takes at the very least 30 min to get through no matter the time of day or amount of customers. I hate coming here.
Worst customer service ever! My mom was treat ed rudely and disregarded. Seniors needs are ignored and disrespected during our pandemic crises. Zero stars!
