When you call for simple information, you will be on hold listening to elevator music, you will hear over and over, how the US. Eagle cares, and how you can waste your time by trying to due anything on Eagle website. Eagle customer service is customer abuse.
My account has been hacked. I've been on hold for over thirty minutes to reach a customer service representative. Poor service.
I love this credit union. They really try to do a good job. Employees are friendly, helpful and well educated about their products. I worked in a big credit union in Chicago and I am very particular about customer service. This credit union is very professional.
