They are nice and respectful, always go out of their way to help me out in any way they can. I love bank of the west and won't bank elsewhere.
Clerk was super rude, and bad at her job, she couldn't even count properly. Also they will have you sign the check and thumbprint it before they tell you it about the $7.50 fee per check, so you have no choice but to use them. It is criminal behavior. Also it smells like a wet dog inside the building
The drive thru the guy was rude and not helpful.
They lost $5,000.00 of my dollars and were rude about it. Good thing I had the deposit slip.
Very bad costumer service. Beware do not get account here!!
