My 89 year old mother had business T this location when she made an appt. They told her I could go in with her. When we got there they would not let me go in with her. All of the people I saw were pretty young and probably do t understand that an 89 year old needs help. She is now taking her money else where.
Massive lines, not tellers, most locations are closed, cant get any service let alone make a deposit.
So I'm there on the 23rd of March and I tell this woman to add the amount I'm giving to my Visa. A week later I get a notification saying I'm late for my payment? I check activites that dummy put it into my checking on the 23rd instead? Wow that's wonderful!
Waited outside 20 minutes for a debit card my experience with nusenda has not been so well. Thinking about taking all my saving and going somewhere else.

This credit union has some of the worst wait times I have ever experienced. Don't waste your time, go to another credit union that actually values its members and their time.
I have found most of the Nusenda branches to be lacking. This branch however could not finish a mortgage application that timed out online. Ridiculous!
