I just completed my third round and have lost over 65 lbs. Dr K and his staff are awesome! And the great thing is that I haven't gained any of the weight back like I have on all other weight loss programs I have been on. Just follow the plan and the weight comes off and get of bonus of being healthy. This isn't a diet, it's a new way to think about the foods you need to eat. And by the way, there is no exercising! After the weight comes off, you actually feel like doing more activities. I just bought a bicycle and can't wait to hit the trail. If you want to lose those excess pounds, give them a call.
