Helen was my agent. I've never sold property prior to this. She helped me understand what can happen during this process. Basically, she saved me from a tangled webb.
I look to see if there is a place I can afford. Its difficult when your 58 and on ssi to even find something. I am a widow so it's just me. For others in my situation could live in some of these and afford it.
They send unsolicited text messages asking if you are willing to sell properties you don't even own.
As a seller they were ok. I was honest enough to return a 17 hundred dollar error they made in my favor. When I came back as a buyer they couldn't be bothered
Helen did a great job selling our home in Canby. She is a professional with experience in her role at NWHomebuyers. The home sold quicker than expected for the amount we expected to get.
