I had a great experience. I can’t say enough how wonderful the staff is at NYC Hearing associates. They made the process of getting new hearing aids as easy as possible. You feel like you are family there. Dr Olivia is very helpful and very kind.She tries all the ways to see how she can help. So glad I came here. Highly recommended I walked out of the office with lyric hearing aids trial for two weeks. I feel like a baby with a new toy. Very thankful .

They have the best brands and products available, especially if you are seeking anything for musicians or professional use. Also and most importantly, the staff are amazingly helpful and patient, knowledgeable and up to date with services, and they *offer some of the coolest audio tech out there. Dr. Borgia and her team are first-class. They take the time to make sure that your questions are answered, your equipment is in top shape and that you feel comfortable about the process. I've been a patient of hers for three years and she is amazing. If you have questions, need a hearing test or getting hearing aids, she is the one to go to in New York City.

NY Hearing Associates consistently provides great service! Whenever I have any problems with or questions about my devices, the issues are handled immediately and competently. Staff from the doctors down to the assistants are very knowledgeable and customer focused. The organization is up to date on the latest technologies.

I had an evaluation with Dr. Bologna and her resident for a Cochlear Implant. She was extremely professional and kind at the same time. I was treated with respect and understanding. I would recommend them highly for anyone needing hearing testing and treatment.

We were visiting NYC and had tickets for two expensive Broadway shows that I did not want to miss a note of! So I carefully packed my hearing aids, charger and cleaning brush, but forgot...extra wax filters! They were not to be found in CVS or any other pharmacy, but luckily a Google search led me to NYC Hearing Associates. They were located just a few blocks from our hotel and their website featured a convenient and easy-to-use texting option. They responded immediately and I asked if I could come down and they said sure. When I arrived I was greeted by name by a lovey woman named Chandra Burgess who is now officially my Guardian Angel!. Chandra already had what I needed, replaced the filters herself, then went out of her way to find domes to replace my waxy ones. At this point my vacation was saved and I would have paid anything, but she just smiled and said there'd be no charge if I just left a review. So here it is! Thank you Chandra and NYC Hearing Associates! You are kind and professional and I recommend your services to anyone living in or visiting New York!!

Very competent Audiology practice, state of the art testing equipment. My situation was very complicated. Microtia in my left ear and after a radiation treatment on my right ear, I lost 70% of my hearing. Dr. Frankel gave 95% of my hearing back with a combination of the Baha 6 and the Resound Omnia. Both devices connect simultaneously to my Smartphone. Her advice was truthful and correct. I am extremely ecstatic with the final results. For the first time in my life, I can hear music in stereo.

Dr. Frankel is superb. Smart, highly competent, friendly and very responsive. Office staff is friendly and courteous, and Kristina, who runs the place, really knows what she’s doing. Terrific operation all around.
