I had a great experience with this company. They responded quickly, the price was right, and the job was done right away. They offered options and gave me advice on what would best suit my needs for my business. I will be using them for future sign and lighting needs.

Reliable and very accessible in terms of communication. They did the job require very quickly but efficiently. We lost a banner sign due Hurricane Sandy and needed it fixed and turned around quickly to minimize the effect. We were able to do this with NYC Flag Repair

Our sign had not been cleaned in some time and looked terrible. NYC Neon repair did a wonderful job of cleaning the interior, changing the bulbs and doing everything that needed to be done to improve the sign. It was all done in one day and reasonably priced. Our sign looks brand new. and we re very happy.

Terrific job! Very prompt service. Was able to accurately identify the problem with our overhead LED channel lettering sign. Very knowledgeable technician explained and showed us what specifically had caused the outage. We had called our original manufacturer who never showed up and several other local sign companies who totally misdiagnosed the problem in order to charge for services and parts which were not necessary. Bottom line...give them a call for fast, knowledgeable, honest and fairly priced service!

Great service and fast. I needed to have 2 neon signs removed and Abbas got it done within 24 hours after speaking with him. They are also very knowledgable regarding sign permits and DOB codes which is very helpful.

Our beloved neon sign went on the fritz a few months ago. We tried to get two different local neon places to come and fix it but had no luck and our sign remained dark for almost three months. These guys are awesome. Our neon sign was not working we called them and they asked us to send them a picture and an address by email and we got a quote an hour later and by the end of the following day our sign was working again . Would highly recommend. We called another company that wanted 750$ to come look at the job....
