Staffs in this location are very friendly! Cassidy is amazing staff there. She is very friendly, patient and helpful! I’ve been here few times. Cassidy always shows her smile and help. I think she deserved to be recognized by the manager to give her raise and promotion. I wish every work staff in FedEx is helpful and nice like her!

I’ve finally found it - the only Kinkos worth going to in Manhattan. It’s not too crowded, clean, not depressing, and there are enough employees to wander around and help you. And they help you! And they’re friendly! I would go out of my way to use this location.

Useless self-service system.. I wasted 45 minutes to send a small envelop oversees.. Store manager and his assistants pay more attention on organizing shelves than customer service.. poor customer service at this location.. I am taking my business somewhere else..

I had to wait for 5-10 min, which was expected. The store layout is a bit confusing and I wasn’t sure where to queue up at first. But Danielle had a great attitude and helped me with what I needed quickly. Shoutout to her!

This is the friendliest place on earth right now. Skip Disney - go ship a package. I’m serious- everyone is so helpful and polite and seem like they genuinely enjoy working at this location.

This place is ok, the workers are helpful but very busy and I can’t waste time waiting for them to be available for me that sometimes I have to do the printing on myself but it’s cost me more $ then usual, anyway not bad.
