We love NYC Perfect Transport!! Donny and his crew are always so courteous and professional. Their cars are always immaculately clean. During our recent visit to NYC, our driver Charles was awesome! He taught us many things about NY that we never knew. Whenever we plan a trip to NY, using NYC Perfect Transport is a must to get us from and to the airport! Honestly I was little skeptical the first time I read these reviews because they almost seemed too good to be true. But they are real, and Donny’s team is fantastic. I used his service for my main clients to travel to/from set for 3 days in row 4 x Luxury SUV and 1 x 14 passenger Sprinter van. Also airport Meet & Greet service. Everything was exactly what I needed, rides on time, nice drivers, easy communication. Donny is very good accessible to reach to reservation updates/changes. Some car services put everything through various operators so it can be hard to make immediate changes or get immediate ETAs for drivers, but with this company you can literally reach Donny directly what seems to be 24/7 from my experience. Best way to reach him for immediate responses is by Text !

We received a great service from NYC Perfect Transportation. The driver contacted us the minute we landed arranging the meeting point, he sent a picture of himself and the car so we could find him easily. The return worked out just as well, the drivers were lovely and we really enjoyed it, I'll definitely be booking on my next trip.

I had dignitaries from two foreign countries arrive at JFK and used NYC Perfect Transportation to get them safely to their Hotel. Donny was great to work with. Super fast response times and every detail was taken care of. The drivers were friendly and efficient. I highly recommend them for your transportation needs!

These guys are first class. This is the second time we have used them for transfers from the airports to our hotels. The last time was 3yr ago. The communication is excellent. The cars are fabulous and clean. The drivers are friendly and helpful and most importantly they are skilled at driving safely through New York. We have had multiple bad experiences with yellow cabs in NYC. This company removes all of the hassle and you arrive in style. Worth every penny. Thank you

Good but not great experience.. We scheduled for a pick up from airport. We paid extra 25$ for pick up at the exit. However the driver did not stand at the pick-up area, kept calling us to come to parking lot. On being reminded that we paid for exit pickup, he met us slightly closer to the gate with a very small hand-written note. Drive was smooth. The driver was very helpful in loading our luggage and taking it off. We paid in our booking for 20% gratuity. However on drop off the driver again asked for tip, and acted with surprise & disappointment when we told him we already paid 20% tip. It makes one wonder if the employer is not passing the gratuity tip to the driver.

Donnie was great, helpful in getting quotes and reservations made and confirmed. My group of 12 ladies used this service to get from and to airport while in NYC. Jenny, our driver was prompt, courteous, professional. Our vehicle was nice and clean. I would highly recommend this transportation service to transport a group.

This experience was even better than I wished for - what a dream! Benjamin was very professional, fun, and on top of it. We had the best day ever and it was because of the small details put into making our day special! Not only was there birthday balloons to surprise me, but he also had a NYC playlist and recommendations to ensure our perfect day. Leading up to our day the company had quick and great communication as well. Highly recommend, and would do again! Thank you for making my birthday the best one yet!

NYC Perfect Transportation did an amazing job. We used them 3 times during this trip to New York. They were always on time. The drivers were very nice. They knew exactly where they were going and did a perfect job. I will use them again and I have already recommended them to others. Nicely done
