The front desk staff is very courteous and pleasant. The service is fast and the quality of the work is excellent. I regularly have my delicate clothes dry cleaned and am fully satisfied. I had my gown altered and the work was perfect. It really fitted me well and got a lot of amazing compliments. Highly recommended.
They lost my 5 best dress shirts and then shrugged their shoulders and said they're not responsible. When i said I would call my credit card company and request chargebacks the short Asian guy working there was very hostile and yelled at me. I'm going to do it online for less and avoid the threatening attitude.
These guys are absolutely fabulous. I had to move and consider making the trek to go back to them. highly recommend
