Very helpful staff. They didn't carry the battery I needed for a 4wheeler in store. They could have ordered one but I needed it immediately. Instead of sending me away empty handed tney helped me find a local place that did have the battery in stock which is above and beyond what most places would do. I will definitely go back here from now on.
You need auto parts one stop shop. Good customer service.
I love this location, everyone is so professional, and is also so knowledgeable. Today, for example, Caleb was a wonderful help to me, he didn't speak down to me, and he took me seriously. We were able to get my car fixed, where I thought it might cost me hundreds or even thousands. These guys are top-notch, and if management is reading this, please give Caleb a raise! He was working there today as late as 4:15 p.m. CST, in case there is more than 1 Caleb there.
I needed some difficult to find ac compressor sealing washers. Talked to Ethan and he took the extra steps to help me by measuring the dimensions. He was able to find one of them and wrote down the measurements of the other one for me. The young kids sometimes get a bad rap, Ethan put in top notch effort. I regret I didn’t buy the compressor kit there and will be back for my parts needs.
if your check engine light is ever on they will check it for free and print out a report for you : really nice staff
Harrison was a great help and diagnosed my bad ignition coil, had the replacement with a lifetime warranty, recommend I replace the spark plug too, and I was completely fixed up in just a few minutes. All these great products and assistance for less than $60. Really my lucky day.
Ryan helped us out beyond store hours just to help make sure we could get our vehicle running so we weren't stranded. Amazing staff. Great clean store. I really appreciate your hard work and dedication to keep us working
Just want to give a s/o to Ryan H., who graciously assisted me with purchasing a new headlight for my Chrysler... literally right before closing time. He was very professional and showed great customer service! 10/10 recommend O’Reilly’s and Ryan H.!!
Great store, very kind, fast and friendly. Just take into consideration that there is no massive stores on the nw side of okc so all the repair parts I needed had to be ordered from a local warehouse. Was not a big deal as everything was ready for pickup the following morning at 10am... Just consider that anything you need might have to be ordered.
This place offered the part that I needed and they did it quick when they got to me. The only issue I had was when I entered the store it seemed like four employees were having a meeting, so I waited a couple minutes until they all start laughing which drew my attention, thinking they were done, only to realize that they were telling a story about a female ex-employee. And it still took me two attempts to get some assistance. A five minute deal turned into 15 minutes.
