Wes the owner won me over. As a top therapist in Houston, gyms can be dime a dozen, but Wes high spirit and knowledge is special. Which is why OAK is special, never crowded, state of the art equipment, and showers. What more to ask for?
This is a cozy gym is tucked away in the Washington/Rice military area. These guys have all of the latest and greatest equipment to help you reach your goals. Thank you Oak Fitness for opening your doors during such a critical time. Wes was super accommodating and has years of experience in training. Get by and check em out.
Couldn’t love a gym more!! Wes is always so welcoming the atmosphere is fun, inviting and motivating as hell. If you’re in the area or if you aren’t, you want to check it out. Best equipment and people in town!
