I saw this place a while back at Nourish juice bar and finally decided to set up an appointment. They were so nice and even took time to text with me on Instagram not the appropriate way to communicate with a business, but they did it anyways. I’ll update once I go this week! SO FAR, they’ve been AMAZING!

What are your rules about workouts during pandemic? How many people I room with or without masks etc? If you could let me know. Ty
