Such an incredible gym I was not expecting a whole indoor soccer/sports stadium & training area.  Definitely a cool spot to achieve all your fitness goals of any kind.

Amazing Gym.  I've been working with Kristin K. and she's an amazing trainer.  The knowledge and experience that she has in fitness & nutrition is mind blowing.  She's there to push you when you need to be pushed, motivates you when you are ready to give up.  She provides you with the tools to succeed.  Since working with her, my marathon times have improved in my last 4 races. I definitely recommend the facility and the staff.

I've been a member of nearly 2 dozen gyms in Houston throughout my lifetime and can honestly say O is one of the best. You really get value for your money. The facility itself is top-notch, amenities are abundant, the instructors are seriously on top of their game, and the classes are amazing. The staff and instructors are always friendly and the owner, Eduardo, is extremely welcoming and hospitable. They're honest people who run an honest business. Most important of all though, O has a phenomenal community. Everyone is really friendly and willing to help each other out. I’ve never been to a gym where I knew 10+ people by end of my first month!  If you're serious about getting in shape and/or want to take your workout game to the next level, this is the gym for you. You'll definitely catch me working out there most evenings so if you see me, say hi!

Great facility. Great workers. Great interactive classes and trainers.  I just need help cancelling my membership. I have called 2 months in a row on 4 separate occasions with no answer. The mailbox says it is full so I can’t leave a message. We had a family emergency and had to leave Houston more abruptly than expected so I can not physically come in. I have looked for an email online and there is no place I have found to send one.

Nice space but overpriced for what you get. Gyms of half the price have more equipment options. I wish they'd put their prices online so I could've avoided being disappointed. You can't have the same prices as Lifetime but with no amenities. There were a few particular machines I was looking for and couldn't find, such as a hip thrust machine. Some of the machines I used were in bad condition, near broken. For over $100 a month you better have everything. Staff was very friendly and I did see equipment being cleaned. Also, your first visit to try it out isn't free like other gyms. It's $15. BeFit is half the price and bigger and better.

Follow up review, Decreased stars from 4 to 2. Again most, not all, but most of the trainers here like to act like they are better than anyone who is not their client & I am disgusted with this. Imagine working out & a trainer walking by you then proceeds to say, "I hate everyone in here right now" to their client, that is what my partner heard today while working out. If I heard an employee/trainer say that, there is no way I would want to be there anymore, that is unwelcoming & beyond unprofessional. Not sure how much longer we will stick around here with trainers that bring the energy down.  Review from two months ago: I'm not from here, but visit often & drop ins can get costly. The owner Eduardo was great in finding a membership that best suited my individual needs.  My reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that some not all of the trainers can seem a bit condescending & unfriendly. There have been many times where we have seen some taking up equipment, but not actually using them. There was 2 days in a row I worked out here & wanted to use one of the hip thrusting benches, but a trainer had set up shop on/around both, sitting & again, not actually utilizing them. I probably could have asked to use a bench, but it would be nice for the trainers to be mindful of members if they aren't using a piece of equipment at a certain time.  Overall, this gym is a very cool facility and extremely clean.

I enjoy this gym a lot! Have a great vibe, amazing music and super clean! Gentleman working at the front with dreadlocks always positive and helpful- pleasure to see him every time. Not to mention crowd is very motivating and inspiring to work out harder. Highly recommended.

great gym.  everyone training is there to work, not mess around.

This gym is a literal example of “you get what you pay for.”  Love how clean this gym is. Everything is constantly being cleaned, sprayed and wiped. I’ve come for a month now and constantly see staff cleaning and maintaining the equipment.  There are also a ton of classes available that are actually challenging which I never experienced at LA or Lifetime fitness. I’d leave those classes barely breaking a sweat however at o I fight for my life every class lmao.
