Have you ever felt like you never wanted to buy a car again because of how awful the car buying experience is? The last car I purchased made me never want to buy a car again. Not at Stevens Creek Mazda! I started contacting Mike McGhee "Short Mike" back in October about a new Mazda. We finally made our decision this week and had the best experience. Mike made it so easy from start to finish. He listened to everything I asked for and never dismissed me as the woman in the relationship buying the car. I just couldn't be happier! We recently purchased a car from this location and had a great experience buying, better than we have had at any dealership prior. DiAngelo was excellent to work with and made the entire transaction easy, and was able to answer all questions we had, and I would strongly encourage working with DiAngelo for a nice transaction, though I’m sure other sales people here would be great as well. While waiting, we also spoke with another employee though I don’t recall his name that was very nice and helpful, and kept us entertained while we waited. The one issue we have arose from the service and parts team, not sales, after the transaction. We ordered floor mats from the service team and since I work until 5 I needed to pick them up after 5pm. The service worker told me he would leave them with sales staff and I could come anytime before closing to pick them up. I showed up after 5pm the day the mats were delivered to find that the service team had not left the mats with sales, and ultimately I was not able to get them at all that evening, and had to come back the next day. I came back the next day, picked up the mats from service and parts and asked about ordering the trunk cargo cover. The guy couldn’t “find” the cargo cover in their online inventory, which was odd because they had it when I initially bought the car. So he took my phone number down and said he’d call me when he found it, and I could pay over the phone. To this day he has still not called me back, so I’ll have to call back and try to order it again, and then return back to the dealership, again.

My experience at Stevens Creek Mazda has always been really amazing! My friend and sales rep, Andy Nguyen, helped me lease and ultimately buy my first car ever! Back in 2019, he really took the time to connect with me and get me the best car I could’ve asked for. He helped me answer all my questions, assured me I was make the right decision without selfish intent, and encouraged me along the process. Ever since then, whenever I come back to the dealership for service, I make sure I go see Andy we so can catch-up together. The entire team at the dealership, including Andy, welcomed me into the Mazda family and took care of my needs. I never had to worry or second guess my decision because they were all very professional, timely, and fun to be around. I highly recommend anyone who is looking for a car to go to this dealership.

I had a great time buying Mazda CX-5. I was a first-time buyer and Chris made my experience wonderful. Test drive and closing the final deal experience were just incredible. I leased at Mazda CX-9 from Stevens Creek Mazda few days ago. The process spanned over 2 months but it was definitely worth the wait. Once I put a deposit on the car, I was kept informed about the transit updates and the wait was primarily due to severe global shortage of cars. Once the car was available at the dealership, it was a really smooth process. Seth at the dealership was super friendly and showed us all around the vehicle and allowed us to test drive twice. Overall we loved the ambience at the showroom and it was a stress-free experience. Fred who helped us with the paperwork was very friendly and patient. Kudos to the entire Stevens Creek Mazda team!

We've been to multiple dealerships looking for the perfect car for my wife. Steven's Creek Mazda was by far the most helpful, friendly, and easy-going of all. Test driving multiple cars, finding and pulling them out, and going through probably half of their inventory was not a problem for them at all. Andy helped us narrow down what we were looking for and go through the different items so that we made an informed decision. I had the best experience at Stevens Creek Mazda when I took my car in for a regular checkup. I arrived early as instructed, because I was hoping to get a loner car. Sean greeted me, explained what services needed to be done, and completed the process for the loner. He was pleasant and knowledgeable. AND, my car was ready well before the estimated time. Everything went smoothly; I'm sure I'll be a repeat customer!

We visited Stevens Creek Mazda to view a car we had seen online. Short Mike help us although he was going to go home for the night. He stayed over time so we can go for a test drive and he patiently answered all of our questions. We went back next day for a second test drive and finalize the deal. Mike worked with us as along process He was kind, patient and friendly and provided with best experience your ask for when purchasing a car. We chose to finance our car and Fred help us in that department.
