Avoid the service department by all means. I called to make an appointment this morning and was told “just come in now the wait will be approximately 2 hours from the time you get here” which is fine it’s an oil change and things take time. I drive 30 minutes in traffic just to arrive and one of the guys to tell me I need an appointment. He then sent me in the makeshift trailer, where the female behind the desk told me I was didn’t need an appointment, either way after she goes to talk to the guy that sent me inside, the story changes to a 8 hour wait since I don’t have an appointment… YOU ALL told me to just come in, otherwise I would have made an appointment! Total disappointment in this place. Definitely has lost any business I was prepared to give them
I’ve been going to this dealership off and on since 2014 when I bought my first Jeep there. I went always, when under warranty. They usually do a good job but they commonly miss ’the little things’, or ‘a little thing’. E.g., yesterday for an oil change they did not reset the oil life gauge back to 100%. And when I requested all 4 tires be filled to 44, this was not done. Missing little things has happened before. When a little thing is missed, I can’t help but think, hmm okay, did they miss a big thing that I can’t see? Previously when I needed my parking brake fixed, they did an incorrect procedure 2016 Grand Cherokee; it’s apparently a complex setup. I’d leave a 5-star review when they deserve it, but today I cannot. There’s a new service coordinator there, Ruben, and yesterday 2022-09-27 was my first time to work with him. There’s a lot of new people in the service dep’t, maybe they have cleaned house. Unsure about that. Nevertheless, Ruben’s customer engagement is excellent and I can tell that he really cares. Perhaps, given time, the entire operation will be a 5-star shop. And when they do a 5-star job then I will leave a 5-star review.
Very poor experience from start to finish. from $500 diagnostic fee to having to call local shops myself to find parts. After being told the entire Bay Area had been called and no parts available I made calls myself, First Jeep service center I called had the parts and I was able to have them delivered the next day. Missed the repair date given two days which caused me to rent a car for my family vacation. All the service center said was “sorry”. The actual mechanical work seems good so no complaints there. Just very poor service and way too expensive. I will go somewhere else and recommend you do the same. If I could give zero stars I would
I will never ever set foot at this place again!! Made appointment via telephone call to have the brakes in my Jeep checked out and confirmed that this would be covered by the Warranty. When stopping, every time, the pedal goes down to floor board. Close to three weeks later, I dropped car off for the appointment. An hour from closing I was told that the mechanics could not replicate the problem. Really? After arriving back at the Service Trailer, I twice drove around on the lot and braked; the brake light went on both times. I was charged no warranty coverage for service that can’t be rendered $145 to do nothing. What a rip off. 2 days later I took the car to Renson Automotive, they were able to identify the issue, replaced a sensor and the car works perfectly. $58. Oh and, yes it was rainy the day that Stevens Creek worked on my car, and that is why there was mud, lots of mud on my Matt’s and scratches on the door panels. Love the big sign SERVICE over the door
Bittersweet. They made the deal work and were professional. But they’re waiting on a couple forms that will take a couple days. I traded in my car and they kept it and I put cash down. They gave me a loaner car but wouldn’t let me take my new truck home. Besides not letting me take truck and a little lowball on the trade everything was good. Great price on the truck I’m eventually going to get.
I went to the dealership for a recall. I was treated like a paying customer. They were very professional, friendly, and my problem was solved very quickly. My whole experience I was very impressed! The best part is my jeep was fixed on time no hassle, if and when I buy a new jeep it will be at this Location. Thank you!
What used to be great service, has fallen. I couldn’t get an appointment for two weeks. When you have car issues, you just want to get it fixed in a timely manner. Here, I had to wait two weeks for an appointment and then when I arrived for my appointment I was told they wouldn’t be able to get to it the day of my appointment and they would let me know in two days. No one ever called so I finally called after hearing nothing and the lady who answered the phone was very dismissive when I asked to speak to my handler. Never got to talk to him and was told he was busy. Finally the lady relayed a message of what was happening with my car. Another two days it was done. For an issue that should take one day at any other dealership.
worst service I have ever received, 150 dollars for oil change. he told me all was good with my jeep. I asked about tail light which is not working . ah this was not noted in report. I asked about tyres which two are bald...ah this was noted in report so basically noting was checked and I now have to get a service again to ensure the vehicle is in safe working order. how they can get away with sending a car back out on the road without checking if it is safe to do so is mind blowing
I brought my Jeep in for an issue relating to the electronics of navigation display. I waited 4 days to get my car diagnosed for the issue, which they determined was simply an old battery. I was charged almost $900 for a battery replacement and my car was in the service for at total of 5 days. The next day when I drove the car, I had the same issue with the navigation display. Nothing was fixed. Furthermore, the service itself was extremely mediocre. No one could explain to me what was wrong with the car and it was difficult to get in touch with the service member overseeing my case. When I called for information about what options I have since the service did nothing to fix my car, the service representative was unable to answer any of my questions. I hope to be refunded for the work that was done because it was completely ineffective at fixing my car problem, extremely slow, and expensive. I do not plan to bring my car back here. I am very disappointed with the service.
I will start by saying I’ve been here 3-4 times for car service. Each time has been fine, what you expect from basic car maintenance visits. This last time though was very disappointing. Not only did the oil change double in price, they also didn’t offer any “coupons” as they always have in the past to help lower the cost. So a simple oil change was over twice as much as I’d paid the previous 3 times. The worst part is when I picked up my car and arrived to work about 8 minutes down the road there was smoke coming from my hood. I checked for leaks and the oil levels and everything seemed fine, except that there was oil all over the engine bay, so it was burning off from the heat of the engine. Idk about you, but it seems pretty ridiculous to pay $150 for an oil change period, let alone one that includes oil burning from all over the engine bay. Very unacceptable. They offered to clean out the engine bay if I come back but to be honest they should be refundingeven partially me. I don’t have time to drive back and forth for mistakes made by the shop. The last thing I’ll add is that they only offer shuttles/Ubers until 3pm so if they don’t finish your car by then you either have to wait a day or pay for a ride back. Also not a great experience. Super frustrated and will definitely be finding a new spot for car upkeep.
