Oakley Store

Upon entering the store I was greeted with a very enthusiastic greeting. Throughout my entire experience I was in the store I received good advice, exceptional customer service and a very comforting experience. Upon checking out and having a further conversation with the employee you could tell that he really values the time he has with those he comes in contact with and has a great personality for what he does. Great work to Zach!

Nick provided excellent recommendations and details when shopping for the perfect pair of polarized sunglasses. He was very friendly and down to earth. He was very detailed in explaining the differences between the lenses and was helpful with suggesting something fashionable to go with all attire. Truly enjoyed his 5 star customer service!

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff! Greeted me as soon as I walked in. Answered all my questions that I had on a few products. It ended with purchased a pair of sunglasses that I have not seen in other stores.

The Oakley salesmen were super helpful and informative. I walked in, only knowing I wanted glasses to wear while cycling road and mountain. Michael explained the types of lenses, frames, and venting systems. There were so many options to choose from, but he helped me narrow my search down to the Radar EV. He recommended that I get trail lenses in addition to road lenses, so I can swap them out for my riding type that day. I can’t believe how clear and sharp these lenses are. I’m so happy with my purchase, and I’ll be wearing these every day!

The Oakley sunglasses store in the Providence Place mall is definitely the place to buy Oakley‘s and they even carry Ray-Ban sunglasses as well. I was helped by a sales associate named Nick and he turned a negative online service request/experience into an extremely positive in-store experience !!! About nine months to a year ago I purchased a pair of Oakley carbon blades and fell in love with them but one of the lens screws popped out of the frame, leaving the right lens loose. I put in a service request with Oakley online and they denied my service request to fix or replace these very expensive glasses. When I went into the store the sales associate Nick that sold me the glasses AND remembered me remedied the situation with a replacement pair. I can’t even explain to you how happy I was seeing how for nine months to a year I treated these glasses with the utmost respect putting them back into their sleeve and hard case every time I took them off my face. After this experience I would happily recommend this Oakley store in the Providence Place mall to anyone who is even thinking about buying a new pair of Oakley‘s !!! Thanks again Nick for making this a positive experience !!!

Excellent sales representative in this store. This guy goes way above and beyond to help you with making th best decision with zero pressure. I highly recommend this store and the Oakley brand. Selection here is great as well. I will definitely return for more.
