I booked a 90m massage & a spa pedicure. This was my first time at Oasis. Did not realize that when I booked the services I had to book the EXACT service I wanted (could not upgrade to a hot stone massage or a seasonal pedicure). Was told when I inquired once I got there that they were not prepared to do those services. Staff did not seem amenable to offering me what I wanted (which would have cost more than I had originally booked).
The pedicure lady did actually (after consulting staff I guess) tell me I could have the strawberry seasonal pedicure (which included a strawberry & creme lotion, not nearly what was listed on the website). I was told she was not aware of what different types we're listed on the website. Also, they only scrub halfway up the calf and there is no massaging of feet or calf included. Water was also not warm in the pedicure tub, the room was freezing, and I was offered tepid tea when I asked for hot tea. As for the massage, the woman seemed to want to get it done as fast as possible. I've had many massages at other places, and never one that didn't even feel like I had a massage when I walked out of there. She didn't seem to know how to focus on certain muscle groups; felt more like she was just rubbing on my body. Walked out of there having spent about $250 for what felt like services I should have spent about $100 on. Will not be back.

My 12 year old daughter has very full eyebrows and was being made fun of at school because of them. I am not very good at my own eyebrows so I needed to find someplace to take her. Ms. Linda, the esthetician at Oasis was so sweet and patient with my daughter as she was a little apprehensive about the process. She explained everything to her and made it as quick and painless as possible. Her eyebrows look so beautiful now that her friends are jealous😂The staff and owner are very helpful and as friendly as can be. The atmosphere is beautiful and very relaxing. Great products also. I found the very best under eye concealer that actually works on my dark circles.

Take your money to a nail salon. At least they are not rude about what you should tip them and I leave relaxed and my feet always look great! I expected more out of a "spa"
