Oasis Pavilion Nursing and Rehabilitation Center

I had a total hip replacement and I will never come to this place again. You put people who have had hip replacments on a skilled nursing floor not ASSISTED LIVING I had to bend past 90 degrees to pick trash up off my floor so I could get around with my walker. Its bad enough a person has to go through a hip replacement but have to worry about falling not getting help to the facilities is aweful. If there was less than 1 star I would rate this less than a 1 star! Joke

Stayed at the RV park next door and had to listen to the staff on their smoke break every day! I wouldn’t put my dog in that place. The staff has the most nastiest, red neck mouths I ever heard. Were do they get their staff? Fresh out of jail? Also, the most rudest thing is that they ran a loud pressure washer starting at 11pm to 2am in the morning after I complained!

I wouldn't put my animals in that place. I blame the poor nursing staff. They don't check on there patients. They don't contact the doctor until the last possible point. My late husband was put on life support because of their lack of care. After that I refused to have him go back there. So please don't send your love ones there.

Not a good place to work. No 401k and their health insurance is outrageous. The current DON is from the East Coast and doesn't behave like one. She can be rude and arrogant. Most of the employees are part time. They want the best from you without willing to give neither do they care about your future. The upper echelon rake in profits each year. I know all these because I applied for a job there and they answered no to all my benefits questions.

I was at Oasis for 6 months due to an auto accident that crushed my foot. The staff was amazing. I got to know most of the staff very well. The nurses, Jesus, Courtney, Sharon, were so very good. The CNA's were very good also. Maria, Tanya, Mira, Carmen, Georgia and many others made my stay delightful. But the best thing about my stay was the therapists. If it wasn't for them I wouldn't have come as far as I have. Kelly, Christine, Tammy, Joe, Johanna, were all encouraging and helpful. They made me want to get better and back on my feet. I wish I could do more for them than post this review because they all deserve so much more.
