Oberweis Ice Cream and Dairy Store

We went here coming from dinner thinking of having dessert. The cashier was pleasant, place was clean. We ordered two coffee, one banana Royale and 2 scoops of ice cream. We are just a happy crowd so maybe we were laughing a little louder and the place was packed. We even left a $5 tip on a $23 total. Our cashier was pleasant as I stated. As our friend started eating her banana Royale notice that had no banana so we just asked for extra whipped cream and pecans. As she had a few spoons of it already, we found hair on strawberries mixed with the ice cream. We called our charming cashier and she was more than willing to give us credit for it or replace it. We opted to just let it go. I feel bad for the cashier and the trouble she will have to go through. The two stars was mainly just because of her. We literally lost our Appétite and just started chatting. We will not let this bad experience at this place ruined our nice evening celebrating my friend's birthday.

Everyone was very nice and smiley. They answered any question and jumped at the chance to offer a sample to help me try new items. Great customer service and good food

Fresh, rich, delicious ice cream! The staff is AMAZING, and they do a wonderful job! They get really busy at times, but they do a top notch job. From the mangers down to the team members, everyone's awesome.
