The staff that works there is actually rather polite and quick to serve you! They never miss a beat so if you're looking for a cool treat with good service then this is a good place. I usually stopped by there during the summers whenever I finished getting a haircut so it's been a good experience for years.

Super bad service. Older lady felt like she had to keep correcting every word I said...I was speaking Spanish so she can feel comfortable  and plus pointing at what I wanted , but I guess that didn't help. Also she was upset I squeezed more lemon on my fruit n stated how she already squeezed 1 whole lemon already. Also it was hard to peel the plastic off the paletas . That made a big mess. I can deal with that, but service was super bad & messes  it up.
