OBriens Farm Hill Florist & Garden Center

I visited this garden center in search of a Christmas tree, but unfortunately will never return. A woman greeted us and asked if she could help -- when asked for the price ranges of the trees (nothing was marked) she said she didn't know, but the owner should be there soon. After spending 20 minutes looking around and choosing a tree, the owner still had not arrived. I asked: could you give me a general price range? No. Can it be delivered today, if I tag one now? No idea. Call the owner? No. "Come back later" was the response, which of course was not an option. With an untrained staff, absent owner, and zero interest in providing a modicum of basic service, this place has lost my money -- and likely that of anyone else who wanted to purchase a tree at that time. I always support local small businesses whenever possible, but not when I'm treated in such a way.

Terrible service. Employee unable to tell us price of tree. Unwilling to call owner. No employee at 10:00 am able to sell Christmas tree.

Nice selection of quality Christmas trees, friendly service. We gave come here for a number of years now to get our tree.
