Ocean Area Tire

I definitely wouldn't take anything here newer than a 2005 these people are really not in touch with the modern vehicle and it's complex systems.

This is the worst repair shop I have ever had to deal with. I ran over something in the road with my Jeep Renegade and had it towed here to have two tires replaced. First I sat there for three hours when they told me it would take about an hour. Then they destroyed two lug screws using the wrong size socket. They reinstalled one and handed me the other because they had destroyed the threads with a pair of pliers and told me i needed to go buy a new one. Then they came to me and said i had ruined the tire pressure sensor and it wold be $90.00 to get a new one. I said no jyst 2 put a standard valve in and i woyld get it taken care of. The Jeep dealership had it in stock OEM for $43.00. The problem is when i gave them my old one they sais there was nothing wrong with it. It was jyst disconnected. I brought it back and asked them to put it back in and they agreed. They said it would be just a little while. An hour later they told me it would be at least an hour longer. I said I didn't have that kind of time and was going 2 leave. Some idiot with big hair sitting in his chair for the last 2 days started shaking his head and making noises like I was the one being ridiculous. Long story short... they suck!

Very helpful when I broke down, but manager was a little cocky.

They totally ripped me off, I had this confirmed. They probably did so because I'm female, with no fear of a dad, husband or big brother to pick up the car after. Not going there again.
