Ridiculous company to work with. First time had appointment set up at this location through the tomsriver location to see kim. Showed up on day appointment was set and was told I was not in their system, granted I did not receive an confirmation call or text but not every place does this, but they were not helpful as in checking to see if they had cancellations or even to set up another appointment. So I left disappointed and confused, saw therapist the next week and explained I tried to see kim and was not set up or on their appointment list. Brushed it off as a mistake which everyone is entitled too. Now two weeks later I had another appointment to see Kim and received a call and a text confirming appointment, drove to facility from Jackson only to arrive to a empty parking lot and locked doors. Weather was rainy and snowy but nothing crazy. I understand employee safety and rescheduling appointments but you have to let your clients KNOW. Completely annoyed as I have one day off and now wasted time and gas to not be seen, I’m only trying to help myself and this company is making it very difficult. If I had more serious mental issues I could see this being a more major problem. Now I will have to start at square one with another facility. Seriously need to look at your systems and figure out a better way, especially since your clients need specific help where issues like this cause unnecessary stress. My advice is to look for a better managed facility
