Oceanic Fishing Pier

The staff is friendly in a sardonic and relaxed way. PLENTY of variety of gear and bait available at reasonable prices. It was about $25 to rent a pole and buy bait and fish all day. Parking at the Oceanic Motel included. All in all a great deal. The fishing wasn't great Labor Day weekend. We had a lot of bites and landed a lot of flounder and some little blues. Nothing big enough to keep. We also landed a couple of sea robins, sea bass, some horseshoe crabs, some little blue crabs, and a little pink sneaker. Fun even if nothing we could keep (I guess we could have kept the sneaker.)

Great place ! Owner is super nice guy, rates are very reasonableb. Take the kids or fish solo

Great place to relax on your trip to Ocean City. Lots of tackle and bait.

Nice friendly staff. Called about a thousand time preparing for our day trip and they were always super nice and informative. They have all sorts of bates, nets, fishing supply (including poles that you can rent or buy) $8 per person for 12 hours; kids under a certain height are free (both my 3 and 6 year old were free) THEY HAVE RESTROOMS ( two; one male, one female) We did catch anything but other people did. With the pass you can leave and come back so we took advantage of that and didn't stay for 12 whole hours.
