Octapharma Plasma

I have come not 3 days in a row just to get started and I have been turned away as a new patient everytime will not try again this is the first plasma center that have given me this kind of problem so please be aware. If you go through the comments the they only respond to the 5 stars as well. That does not resolve the issue. This is lack of customer service.

Very professional! They are quick and precise with needles. So many beautiful, highly intelligent women that work here. Great comfort throughout the whole process.

This place is very unprofessional the whole overall experience is extremely unprofessional from the time you walk in to the very long. Sign in process if you’ve used express pass. And or Have we code from questionnaire you still will have to. Wait because all the employees are constantly talking and have no sense of Urgency Once you pass this timely process you will then be sent to the waiting area where you will called not in order of entry but order of who tech wants to called first and then. Openlyhear techs say that they aren’t helping specific donors in their faces and jus no sense of professionalism and it is terrible because I’ve seen situations escalated to mgmt and only to be brushed off so in all this facilities is not one to visit o highly suggest using a different facility

My technician forgot to close the clamp before I was connected to the return line. I bled everywhere. She was apologetic and very nice. My slacks were covered slightly In blood. I think t the stains will come out. I am confused about the disparity in payments. In San Antonio I was paid $80 per donation.

I watch the express line get longer and longer Why is there even an Express pass system when the staff don't move at a efficient or at a pace to keep the screening line moving and getting donors stucked and donors who's completed there blood cell and saline return off them beds, and machines resetup . shouldn't even give out express passes or temporarily disable them untill hire more staff with sufficient training !!

Staff is nice but takes RIDICULOUSLY long no matter how many people are working. In/out at other places in about 75mins. Minimum 2hrs here.

This place is great, nice staff, very careful andddd you don’t wait 3 hours in line!

The needles hurt!!!!!! Super busy and understaffed they don’t want to do their job every time I call they have me on hold for like two hours, so unprofessional would never go here again!!!! highly unsatisfied is a gamble every time you walk in they never have staff

Now I see why people take so poorly about this place. I had an express pass and still had to wait in line forever. The guy keep calling everyone else but the express people. What is the point of having it ? Then there's only 2 people working just sad ...

They wouldn't take me because the cuff wouldn't fit on my arm. They had one to fit me a year ago. So I went thru the new donor screening and got to the blood pressure part and then they decline me. I traveled from Kennesaw to Bufford hwy. Very disappointed
