These people are great. Love this place. Pepper does a great job and is very friendly and kind. Justin is an awesome employee and very helpful and cool. So are all the others I don’t know all names but they make it a very pleasant experience.
Highly understaffed, i got here 17:40 and its now 19:35 I am currently still waiting. However jonty has been very helpful but workers seem overwhelmed.
I go to this location twice a week. Clean, efficient service, phlebotomists are very friendly and competent. Overall, excellent experience every time.
I highly recommend going as early as you can, because during midday the total time in the building can easily be 2 1/2 hours. Besides that, it's a very good facility. The staff are very strict about conduct and will fuss at you if you break the rules, like taking photos or acting obnoxious. If you're nice to them, they're nice to you. So long as you go pretty frequently at least once a week the pay is pretty good, too.
I enjoy almost every donation. Some of the staff is extremely slow but Pepper usually takes care of me.
I like Nigeria. She so very helpful and friendly. She always wears a smile. She is gentle with the needle. I didn't feel anything. She is very knowledgeable and answers all your questions. It's always smooth sailing with her. I had her on my second visit. My first visit wasn't the best. The manager had to come and assist. He was able to access the situation and quickly came up with a solution.
Ci ci Isaiah and Tatiana were very helpful and professional they helped me with every problem I encountered in a speedy fashion with a smile I thank them for making this process easier and comfortable for me
There’s a new girl up front just beautiful as she can be. She’s fast and efficient and a sight to look at. I won’t be going to the new one anymore I’m here to stay
This place is awesome and the people who work here have the best personality always cutting up joking around they make this place very comfortable and enjoyable to be here love the people and the great staff the team work is what makes the dream work here and to be able to be a donor to do my part as a donor to help donate the plasma it takes to make the medicine to help people live a better life its just all around awesome
It was pretty good some of the staff do not know how to stick the stick a little too hard it need to be more gentle but everything else everything else is great
