They hide gift cards when there is a corporate promo going on. Poor form.

Generally just unhelpful people, the woman at the printing and shipping desk is the worst. i.e. rude, doesn’t make any effort to help me with anything printing or shipping related, and leaves me waiting for long periods of time when I try to get her attention. I am never spending another dollar at this place ever again.

Store us nice. Manager and assistant are not. Very dismissive and put out.

Not the best place to shop as far as customer service. Bad experience when buying a gift card.

Drove here all the way from Lake Oswego. Had a great experience. Thought my laptop was fried. Took it in and they told me it was just busy doing updates. So instead of charging me an ungodly amount to fix it they just gave me some friendly advice. Thanks guys!
