Office Depot

Found a flat map that I need great!!!!!! Looked at printers (HP) and you were $130.00 more costly then another store WOW!!!! And you all were set on t by e price... sorry maybe next time

Bought a Samsonite leather laptop bag. Strap broke after 5 weeks. Otherwise loved the bag but when I tried to replace it the incredibly rude staff essentially told me that because I had owned their clearly defective product for more than 30 days I needed to call their corporate line for "recite verification". Now two weeks later and 4 phone calls deep with Office Depot corporate because the lady with the thick Indian accent I keep talking too cant seem to write down my information correctly. It would have cost Office Depot nothing to replace my bag and send the defective product back to manufacturer, what is has cost them is my business for the rest of my life. DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE. IF anybody needs me I'll be shopping at Staples.

The people here are so helpful! I like that I can go into the store and actually see the products first hand. I just bought a new printer here a few weeks ago. The salesman walked through all the different things to consider for each printer. He helped me compare printing costs, print speed & cost of the cartridges and how many pages per cartridge you would get to help me make my decision. You can't always get those kind of answers online.

Just ok. Slow check out , inflated prices , poor customer service . Don't go to them . Go to Wal-Mart !
