Office Depot

I wish more stores would train on customer service. Just being friendly would be a plus. Say “hi” to your customers! Listen to their response. Was In the store for 20 minutes. Not one person acknowledged me. Top came off a box and spilled out. Got in the floor to pick it up. Stood up bottom fell out. Got in the floor again. Still not one person acknowledged me. Then went to check out no one at the registers. Several at the customer service desk. Had to ask where to check out. Got a NOD be there in a minute. Really???? Asked for some tape e plainer about the spilling the lady actually got the tape and threw it on the counter. Taped it myself!! I’m a pretty good taper upper I found out. Also can talk to myself well because no one in that store was listening. Oh well, there is always staples. Or better yet online (not Office Depot) is looking better and better. I found I am good at talking to myself, finding what I need , and cleaning up after myself.

The manager she is mean. She never smile, apologize for her mistakes, and barely talk to you. She gives bad costumer service. She usually make a bad quality job, and the way she treat me make me feel like I'm doing something wrong. Last time, I have to reject a job because of bad quality. I left the store frustrated, not because the job, but because the way she treated me. She needs more training on how to care for costumer. We all have bad days, but why make others one's days miserable too?

I've been to this Office Depot several times. They have a fairly fast print department. The people are usually friendly and helpful. They are happy to offer suggestions for solutions.

Worst office depot around. i called in the morning to make sure if i could get a cd booklet printed for my album. when i came in the staff was confused as to what i wanted, were talking about how they wanted to go home and were acting like they had 5 million things to do when i needed one simple task done. a place ran by teens pretty much. when i was being helped i began to email my photos via phone and the employee began helping the man behind me, making me wait 30 minutes and the other employees stood and watched. after numerous complications like document format and a fee that wasn't mentioned till halfway through the process, the employees told me that they didn't know how to complete what i had asked for. to my surprise i said "this is office depot i thought this is what you did" then the woman manager got sh*tty with me about how she isn't trained to do things like this and the printing guy wouldn't be in till tomorrow, even though i asked that morning if the task could be done. Waste of nearly 2 hours, never going to another office depot again.

Hateful lady there i went to try to get a copy of my social security card and this hateful woman told me that she first needed to get all the job done that was in front of me! I hope you get fired 1 day hateful woman! No vayan a sacar copias allí hay una mujer odiosa allí y floja!
