71st Street needs new management and needs to train their employees better for the department they are associated with.

Went in looking for some bookcases. Walked out empty handed because apparently at this store it's self serve. I saw 4 Associates and not a single one acknowledged me. I'm not going to chase you down to MAKE you do your job. Customer service is very important to me. I reckon' my vision for this location is different from the Manager who is paid whether or not he does his job. So far he is failing in my opinion so I'll choose to spend my money elsewhere

Loved the sales. I've given up on getting reward points. Even gave my rewards no and it can't be found.

Didn't have the furniture item I was needing... but did have the packing tape... all was not lost.

I'm not one to complain at all nor have I ever posted a review, but I had such a bad experience at this location that I really needed to come write something. I was treated as if I did something wrong for having them double check a price because it said something different when I saw it. The price they had, read something cheaper than their cash register and they seemed irate about it. I never understood what I did wrong for them to be as mean as they were.
