Office Depot

Clean, well stocked store. Could use a boost in the customer service department. Not enough cash registers, you don't know who to ask about the products you're buying. Still helped me find what I was looking for, though. Will be back if needed.

The store itself was enjoyable to walk-through. It is clean and neatly organized. Wait in line is why I gave it four stars instead of five.

Normally I reserve my concern to address with the manager but in this instance I feel the culture at this location is unacceptable. Even when I told them that I was dissatisfied they nonchalantly stated it was the nature of things and that they could not help. As a fellow retail manager I now know why their competitors have an advantage, despite my business being closer to here I will go further away or to Staples to avoid dealing with employees who feel like my business is not valued. Thank you Mary I feel like you could care less and I know your business has felt the impact of poor service and even poorer management.
