One lady worker in particular gave 2 customers a bad taste in customer service at the counter. (They had to tell me, a stranger, about it in the parking lot.) But that tall bearded guy was very helpful. He knew his stuff. He might want to recommend some mandatory "the customer is always right" or "lets try to keep our customers" staff training. 24July2017 @ ~ 8 p.m.

Today I went in to ship a paper package, like I always do in columbus, ga at office depot and office max, shipping is already paid for by shipper,, I have never had to pay out of pocket for shipping envelope, as a matter of fact supplies are outside the store, come to albany, ga at this store, and wanted me to pay for envelope, and tape, this is a broke add store, never will I come here again or refer anyone for that matter .And they deserve no stars.

I needed to ship a package via FedEx. Staff completely unknowledgeable. Store manager continues to be loud and hateful.

the staff in the printing department are knowledgeable and friendly. Demond is always ready to assist me and he is always kind, and when I can't figure out how to pull something on the computer, he cheerfully steps in to help me out
