Office Depot

Excellent service at the Copy & Print center! I went into Office Depot to make copies of my thesis to mail out... I had to print 9 copies (100 pages each) out on a specific paper, etc. The store associate Rosa was SUPER helpful in printing them, helping me box them up and mail them through USPS. The whole process was so easy and efficient. I was nervous walking in because I knew that I had a large order and I could only get there 1.5 hours before they closed. However, this store runs so smoothly and I was able to get everything I needed done in less time than I thought. Thank you, Rosa! :)

I was very disappointed by the staff and their interactions with the guest. I ordered same day delivery with business cards. When I went to pick up my order the staff informed me that the results were their best. I asked for a re-print for I could not make out the words on my business cards. She walked away and said they will be done later in the day because there are many orders before mine. Ignoring the unestablished customer service and rude body language I agreed to come back. When I arrived, the final results were broken English on cut up resume paper. I have ordered multiple times with this company but this location did not make this interaction an experience at all. Very disappointed.

This place has excellent customer service. As soon as I walked in someone was already asking me if I needed any help with anything. It’s setup is very organized and neat looking. It’s definitely a good place to go to for all of your office supplies needs. I would recommend any business that’s large or small to go here and get their supplies that they needed.
