Office Depot

I made an error when purchasing a printer cartridge that was gracefully exchanged at this Office Depot. I got excellent service and value added when the cashier pointed out the many sales in school supplies. Great service!

I have never had a bad experience with Office Depot. The store is clean, any product I’m looking to purchase is always in stock, and the staff is very friendly.

The store needs organization it looks more like a warehouse to be honest. Ryan was awesome I did make a purchase however not my expectation so I returned it. The local Office max near me is at The Village At Univ. Pl, 8813 JW Clay Blvd, Charlotte, NC 28262 had a horrible experience with them the store manager Glen would not refund me my money I was within store policy for a refund. They have a bad review on there site anyways back to this store after wasting 3 hours of my life with Glen at the other location I called corporate needed to do what I had to do I had to drive all the way to this location walked in asked for a refund no questions asked. They did not have enough cash no problem boom they put it on my debit card now that was exceptional service thank you guys for not discriminating me for not giving me a hard time overall this would be the only office max I would set foot in. As for Glen at store#: 3385 I'm not done with you I have been advise to look for a lawyer for what you did.

I found what I needed in about one minute. The person at the cash register was very friendly and helpful. When I have needed help, the staff members are also very knowledgeable and always point me in the right direction.

My complaint is that I took 2 empty cartridges of HP ink in my earlier visit and did not get the credit this purchase. Not a major issue, but the four dollars on the purchase would have been nice.

Nobody’s working in print shop until 12 PM.. Paid over $200 for a set of blueprints and they cannot even get them done on time… I wish there was a Staples around here they’re the best ones that I’ve ever had done

If you go to the Office Depot on South Blvd N and Miss Yvette there is in there working the printing counter, turn around she is very rude, provide lack of help and unprofessional. I have never experienced this type of unprofessional and lack of help behavior for any associates at Office Depot.

When I came in the store the associate immediately greeted me and began to help me in all I was in and out the store in a very short time and got everything accomplished that I needed thanks again

Whoever the Cashier was that worked on Christmas eve morning was horrible. I had to wait until he got off the phone to answer a question. I ended up walking out without purchasing anything.

I went to this store with an idea of what I wanted to do but didn't really know how to get it done. Cameron Harvey came to my rescue. He patiently walked me through the entire process and saved me a bunch of money with coupons I didn't even know about. He was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. I highly recommend this store because of Cameron.
