I went to the Kirby location of the Office depot in my area and was greeted with helpfulness and kindness. They were able to get my requests done speedily and with pleasantness which makes the whole experience genuinely nice instead of a hassle and another thing to cross off my to-do list. 10/10
Robert was so nice and helpful! He helped me pick out a printer. He was extremely knowledgeable. Everybody in the store was friendly.
Needed a printer for out of town work. Product in stock. Great transaction. Office Depot is our comfort office supply store. In town or out of town.
The print side of this store is very professional and do the best job they can with so few employees …that being said the few that are there having to do the heavy load of work do the best job. If you have a bit of patience. You will get served and the job will be great that is done for you.
Prints were amazing! Kind and courteous curbside pickup and associate.
I can see why this place has 3.6 stars I came to get some things printed, I was told it’s too complicated and that the supervisor had to go on lunch, so I waited only to see her still talking and handling other customers………. The manager found out about this and quickly changed my problem. Still gonna give it 1 stars. No one wants to be a male Karen.
Don't bother wasting your time going here. Advertised items that are supposed to be in stock- aren't. Store is short staffed so getting help takes time and the shelves are messy making it hard to find items that are in stock.
Last minute help with printing on January 1st done by Son was a GODSEND. Excellent service advice and accuracy. I will be back
Unable to locate things easily and even sale tag is hard to read. But they provided good sale on my item. So can’t complain
