Customer Service at the start was great however on the phone it is a nightmare. Scheduled for delivery but never got a a call for delivery and now taking hours of our time trying to track what we ordered. Disorganized team and poor communication.

Didn't have what I needed. They are not cheep. But, being with my family made it very nice and the rating I gave it.

Well organized and extremely helpful.. if I could give 10 stars for customer service, I would... thanks for making my business trip that much easier.

Very long wait to have documents printed. The kiosk said a 20-minute wait and I ended up waiting 42 minutes. During the checkout process, their loyalty system was down so now I will have to enter online to receive my points. The employees are always pleasant and helpful and the print jobs are quality.

Very helpful staff. Had to print 3 large PDFs and they helped troubleshoot some issues and had them printed quickly and bound in no time.
