He was a nice guy but I went in for my pc not working and barely did a diagnostic. he said it was overclocked which I didn't do and just reset the bios and called it a day. Pc still crashed again and only refunded half. I took it to another place amd my SSD was corrupt and the cooler wasn't working right. Now it's fixed and works like a dream. Wish he would've done a more in depth diagnostic. Phones and stuff seem like they'd be fine here but pc not so much.

Went in for a screen replacement on my laptop. When i got it back one of the screws hinge was too tight. So when I open it the white display panel pops off.

Bs service, I looked to see if I could get my laptop turned on, since there was a problem with it coming on, but when we received the laptop back nothing was fixed. The real problem though is that when we received the laptop back, the hard drive was gone.

They replaced my battery on my iPhone 5s in thirty minutes and it's back to working like new. They very nice and cordial on the phone and told me to bring it in and they could get me out the door in under 45 minutes, mission accomplished. They have a seating area in the shop so you can sit and wait if you need to and the shop is very clean. I will definitely be using their services in the future on our computers and phones.

Gadget Experts are truly professionals. Truly appreciate an establishment that earns your business and prompt with your belongings. I had an I-pad tablet glass replaced. I was told the repair would be complete in 24hrs. The staff returned to me same day and repaired the gasket for home button. Truly appreciate the workmanship. Thank you

Writing this review on my fixed phone screen. Phone screen popped off Thursday. Dropped off my screen later that evening before the store's closing time. Picked up my phone next day after work. Thanks for the quick the turn-around! If you drop off your phone for repair earlier in the day, there's a good chance to get it back the same day.
