The staff is friendly and helpful. They have great sale prices as well.

Had an online order to return staff was very helpful in assisting us and were able to process our refund.

Nice clean store. Some decent sales. Sometimes you just need a bnm store. Hope they survive the online on-slaught.

OfficeMax, you advertised pocket folders for one cent(one penny). The 1 cent was in BIG PRINT. I needed 20 red pocket folders. I asked if I had the 1 cent folders. They told me yes but I had to make a purchase of $5 in order to buy the folders for 1 cent and the limit was ten (10). They showed me that info in the circular. There I read, in little print : You must must make a $5 purchase and a limit of 10 folders to get them for 1 cent. Well Office Max...YOU GOT ME IN YOUR STORE WITH THE BIG PRINT and then you told me about the fine print. YOU TRICKED ME THE CONSUMER! I LEFT YOUR STORE AND WENT TO WALMART. MY EXPERIENCE. ..AWFUL JANICE RICHARDSON
