Beautiful space, welcoming staff, and friendly community. Great environment for professionals and creatives. Flexible plans and very reasonable rates. The Oficio team is always eager to assist and willing to go the extra mile to ensure a fantastic member experience. Highly recommended.
Oficio is awesome. We have used them for our small business for almost 2 years, since June 2015. We did a lot of research on co-working spaces in the Back Bay area, and ultimately chose Oficio for their friendliness, amenities and quality work spaces. We previously rented a private office for several months, which was both quiet and sunny. The private office offered a desk and the door locked, for extra security. We have also used their remote mailing address service for years. Payment is charged to your card on the 1st of the month, so billing is super easy too. If you're looking for a co-working space in the Back Bay area that offers an ideal location, with friendly service, and reasonable prices, look no further than Oficio.
My time at Oficio has been wonderful. The space is beautiful and inspiring with a rotating art gallery on the walls and views of Newbury Street out the window. The friendly Oficio team has done a great job to ensure that this is a professional and productive environment with modern features idea paint walls, flat screen TVs in the conference room, monitors, telephone booths, online conference room signup, automatic payments, etc.. My clients enjoy meeting in the space which has also been a huge bonus. Oficio is ideal for the independent entrepreneur, freelancer, or small team. Oh, and there's plenty of free espresso!
Oficio is a great space with an excellent location. They treat their members well and provide a first class office experience. The members are professionals but approachable and laid back - I really enjoy working in the space.
Oficio is my favorite co-working space in Boston. The location is prestigious, the space is beautifully designed, and everything you need to be productive and professional is provided, from copying and printing to phone rooms to multiple work station configurations. The price structure is surprisingly reasonable and the environment, complete with rotating art and social events is stimulating.
the space is great, and quiet. perfect work conditions. The people at the front desk are always friendly. The rate plans a pretty reasonable considering the benefits you get. They have private conference rooms you can reserve, and they have "phone booths" for you to take calls from. Great place to work, and centrally located.
I have been co-working at Oficio for about six months. My experience has been mixed. The location, architecture and "feel" of the place is awesome. I feel blessed to have such a lovely space to work in. It can be noisy at times though! The interaction with the people at Oficio and the "customer support" for members is terrible. The folks who work here do not appear to want to help with anything, and do not even acknowledge members when we cross paths. It's strange. I'll offer two examples of the lack of interest in helping members. The first came a few months ago when construction was ongoing downstairs - we learned of the construction when the noise started disrupting our work. The noise was terrible - colleagues on the phone asked if I was actively moving large furniture around, or operating jack hammer. I asked one of the front desk staff if they knew when the noise would die down - the answer was that they couldn't tell me either. After a few days, we were able to arrange a meeting with a co-founder who was more sympathetic, though still not helpful. In recent weeks, I finally hit my wits end with the wifi system here. In short, it kills websites usually articles that I've had open to read later. I asked for help, even going to that same co-founder. After reaching out three times, they shared a response that was impersonal and unhelpful. Overall, Oficio is a solid 2.5. The space is a 5, but the Oficio team does a terrible job at supporting their members.
I had excellent experience with Oficio. Nima and the staff are very helpful and accomodating. The place is beatifully decorated. It is a great enviroment for people to work together. All the co-workers are very considerate. I definitely recommend Oficio highly to anyone!
Oficio has been great. It's a wonderful location, beautifully appointed and professional. It's the ideal base in Boston.
Great location, next to Arlington station!
